New Patient FAQ

No. Registration and all routine appointments, consultations, and annual physicals are covered by your Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP) at no cost. Some forms and notes fall outside AHCIP coverage and may carry an administrative fee.

Yes — book a registration appointment for each family member, or call the clinic and our team will arrange appointments together where possible. Please bring each person's Alberta Health Care card.

Absolutely. We offer a professional language line interpreter service at no extra cost. Let reception know your preferred language when booking. Languages include Yoruba, Igbo, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, French, Tagalog, Mandarin, Spanish, Somali and many more.

After you register, our team can help you request a transfer of records from your previous clinic. Bring any records you already have to your first appointment — but you can register and be seen without them.
